K-fee System coffee subscription is a great way to have your coffee pods delivered automatically at the time frame that suits you. No lock in contract. You can change the blends, delivery time or cancel your subscription in your Account Dashboard. It's very simple, you can make changes before your next auto order is confirmed and it's all set up for you.

How often do you ship?
You can choose to have your order shipped every 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 weeks. We want our subscriptions to be as convenient for you as possible. We recommend 6 to 8 weeks to help decrease packaging materials and carbon footprint. You can also benefit from free shipping when your subscription order is over $80.
When will my first order ship?
All orders (including subscription orders) placed before midnight AEST are dispatched the next business day.
When will my future orders be shipped?
Depending on the reorder period of your choice, future orders are shipped 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 weeks from the date of your original order.
Can I change the blend or the amount of packs I want to receive after my first delivery?
Absolutely, we want it to be as convenient as possible for you! If you feel like you want to change things up next month, just log into your account, go to your Dashboard and click "Manage My Subscriptions" to update your subscription preferences.
How do I skip/cancel a subscription?
Easy - just log into your account, go to your Dashboard and click "Manage My Subscriptions" to update your subscription. If you still have some pods and think they'll last you a bit longer or if you're going away for a few weeks, you can skip your next delivery.
What payment options are available for subscriptions?
Currently we can only accept payments for subscriptions via credit card.
