Is your tap water of good quality? Even if it is safe to drink, the taste of the water and therefore the taste of your coffee can be compromised by lime, chlorine and particles – depending on your region and your house installation. The better the quality of the water, the more the enjoyment of your favourite K-fee beverages will be purer and more natural. This is why we recommend using our special, replaceable water filter for your K-fee capsule machine. It is top-quality and made in Switzerland.

HOW THE K-FEE WATER FILTER WORKS

Just insert the water filter in the water tank. Once put in place, it will filter out lime as well as other taste- and smell-affecting substances from the water. The good ingredients of the water like essential minerals and fluorides will be preserved. Depending on the initial quality of your tap water the taste of your beverage made from K-fee capsules can significantly improve. The use of a water filter also enhances the performance of your K-fee machine, reduces the need for descaling and can increase the machine’s longevity. This is all made possible by organic filter material – no chemicals are used.

HOW TO USE YOUR K-FEE WATER FILTER CARTRIDGE

For correct use see the manual of your K-fee capsule machine. There you also find information on how often you should replace the water filter. To remind you of the replacement date, the filter cartridge has a settable display that shows the installation or replacement date. Our tip: Many customers order more than one filter.

WARRANTY

The following definitions apply to this Policy:

  1. Australian Consumer Law means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  2. Machine means any coffee-making machine bearing the ‘K-fee’ logo and offered for sale by Us;
  3. Products means any goods offered for sale by Us;
  4. We, Our or Us means Kruger ANZ Pty Ltd; and
  5. You or Your means any person who has purchased a Product.

All Our Machines have a twelve month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please refer to the warranty card included with your Machine. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at Our election.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, returned Product(s) must be returned by You in their original packaging with all the accessories and Your proof of purchase.

It is Your responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. We accept no responsibility or liability for Product(s) lost in transit.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, You are entitled:

  1. to cancel Your service contract with Us; and
  2. to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, You are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

In-store return option?

Products purchased on the k-fee.com.au website are exclusive to Us and are only available to be purchased online. Returns are only available by post, upon approval from Our online customer support. No in-store returns are available for these Products.
